BOOKING & PAYMENT

• A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your booking. This deposit applies to the total balance, which is due by the end of the session.

• Payments accepted: Credit/Debit cards, Apple Pay (Tap to Pay), or Cash (Cash can only be used for the remaining balance, not the deposit).

• Failure to complete payment may result in service cancellation and inability to receive photos.

CANCELLATION, LATENESS & RESCHEDULING

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance. Deposits for canceled sessions are non-refundable.

• Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled.

• A 20-minute grace period is allowed. After this, late arrivals will reduce your session time accordingly.

• If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, a $30 late fee will be applied.

• If you are more than 30 minutes late without communication, your session will be considered a no-show, and future bookings must be paid in full.

• You may reschedule once at no additional cost with at least 73 hours’ (3 days) notice.

• Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

• If the Photographer cancels, you will receive a full refund or a rescheduling option.

SESSION & CONDUCT

• Clients must arrive on time to ensure the full session duration.

• The Photographer reserves the right to terminate the session if inappropriate behavior occurs.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS

• All images remain the property of the Photographer.

• Clients receive a personal-use license to print and share images.

• Commercial use requires written permission and may incur additional fees.

MODEL RELEASE

By booking, you grant the Photographer the right to use images for promotional purposes, including website, social media, and marketing materials.

PHOTO DELIVERY

• Online gallery link will be provided within 7-14 days. (Express Delivery within 2 days)

• All JPEG unedited photos will be delivered within 24 hours after the session.

• Edited photos will be delivered within 7-14 business days after the session. (Saturday & Sunday are not considered business days)

LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

• The Photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond control, including weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen events.

• Clients agree to indemnify and hold the Photographer harmless against any claims arising from the session.
